sherry vinegar

extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Add all ingredients except olive oil to a bowl or jar and whisk to combine. Slowly drizzle in olive oil, a little bit at a time, whisking to combine. This makes a large batch, leaving you plenty for the rest of the week.
