Ingredients

cup
canned pumpkin puree (or steamed kabocha or delicata squash))
1/2
Bartlett pear (or Bosc pear)
cut into large chunks
1 1/2
tablespoons
chopped, dry roasted pecans
I buy these at Trader Joe’s. (Toasted walnuts work here, too.)

coconut oil

pumpkin pie spice blend
(or make your own blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and ground cloves.)

plain, unsweetened almond milk
or milk of your choice
